CheckinMe and Bezz Solution build Bi-Lateral Partnership to Advance Technology in Laos
On the morning of Wednesday, April 3rd 2024, CheckinMe, representing Cambodia, and Bezz Solution, originating from Laos, solidified their bilateral cooperation by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in the esteemed presence of H.E. Dr. SAM Sethserey, Director General of the General Department of Information and Communication Technology.

Mr. Ley Kamthong, Chief Executive Officer of CheckinMe, extended a warm welcome to the esteemed guests and stated, “This partnership is designed to spread knowledge of digital technology and introduce CheckinMe's advanced human management technology to the Laotian market."
Mr. Vignarsone MOUNALARD, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Bezz Solution, has stated about the objectives of the partnership and the goal and mission of introducing Cambodian Technological Innovations to Laos.
In his keynote speech, H.E. Dr. SAM Sethserey, Director General of the General Department of ICT, offered insightful recommendations for the fruitful realization of this partnership. Additionally, H.E. Dr. SAM Sethserey remarked, "The General Department of Information and Communication Technology, under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, is committed to support and foster the export of local technology to international markets, thereby elevating Cambodia's prestige." Furthermore, H.E. Dr. SAM Sethserey admired CheckinMe for its achievements and expressed his best wishes for the company’s continued success and growth.
Mr. Korn Sanit discussed a popular new service, a Sales Management System (CRM), designed to streamline sales operations within companies. This system aims to intensify the management of employees, customers, and sales revenues for business owners, thereby saving both money and time.
The concluding presentation was delivered by Ms. Mor SreyLeap and Mr. Kheav Sakda, who detailed the Payroll 4.0 system. This intelligent solution automates employee salary calculations, including overtime, adjustments for late or early withdrawals, payroll tax deductions, and compliance with internal company regulations. It also facilitates the creation of payslips and integrates with Digital Banking (iBanking).
The event has conducted successfully with the participation of over 50 business owners, managers, and representatives from national and international institutions. To commemorate the occasion, CheckinMe hosted a networking coffee-break session for attendees and organized a group photo as a keepsake.
The event also featured enlightening digital technology presentations by five alumni from the CADT, currently employed in CheckinMe. Ms. Khouch SreyKeo led with a discussion on the HR Policy Template, generously offering it to all attendees in the free of charge.
Moreover, Ms. Kuch Kolyaney introduced the Smart Attendance System, a tool enhancing contemporary staff management. This innovation has significantly contributed to the advancement of digital technology in Cambodia and aims to improve work efficiency.
